Rob Starr, River Keeper on The River Kennet at Hungerford

The River Kennet is a classic chalk stream, famous for its trout fishing and at Hungerford the Commoners have had the right to fish for free for 800 years.  The waters are kept in fabulous condition by River Keeper Rob Starr.
